Like everything.These are typical awesome Sitka quality ... except the magnet. Which honestly is the party trick for these things. Without the magnet, they're flopping all over the place. The magnet does next to nothing. It doesn't stay attached after even the slightest motion. I called Sitka and the rep was like "yep, they do that". Their claim is this makes them more quiet. I call BS. With a layer of leather and a layer of fleece between them, you'd need quite a magnet pair to make a noise. I think Sitka screwed up and choose the wrong magnets. Sucks, because there isn't another mitt that I like as much.Very warm and windproof. Enough room in the mitten part for a handwarmer packet on those subzero days. Touch screen material on the index finger would be nice, but not essential as it is nice to "disconnect" from outside distractions when out in the field.Super high quality.
